Account Manager

Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key Cantaloupe customers.
  • Consistent outreach to top customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to top accounts across United States.
  • Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues.
  • Identify and grow opportunities for existing accounts based on achieving quota.
  • Retain customer annual contract values.
  • Assist top customers with requests and be primary point of contact for issue escalations.
  • Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to build internal processes ensuring customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of the Cantaloupe Systems Platform.

Specific Skills:

  • 4+ years experience in account management role
  • Proven track record of successfully working with other teams within an organization for managing projects and solving customer related issues
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in addressing client problems creatively as well as to proactively find solutions to problems of which clients are unaware
  • A proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business results
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, presentation, and listening
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for tracking activity, pipeline management, and reporting is required
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office – especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Sales Development Representative

Role Overview:
The SDR is expected to work closely with members of our sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads (inbound and outbound) for adoption of Cantaloupe’s award-winning platform. Cantaloupe Systems is a fast growing company, and is looking to expand the
sales organization by hiring its first SDR who will be taking on a leadership position with opportunity for growth.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in selling to small, independently-owned businesses that are highly entrepreneurial in nature is important. Prior experience with technology-based solutions (hardware, Software-as-a-Service, consulting services) is highly desirable. Prior experience in the Vending or Refreshments industry is a plus, but not required.

Candidates must have a proven track record of success with cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media to generate and qualify leads. SDR must be a self-starter, intelligent, highly goal-oriented and driven to succeed.

Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and demonstrate proficiency with Cantaloupe’s products and value proposition.
  • Partner with our Regional Sales Directors to help fill their pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourcing qualified opportunities for Regional Sales Directors.

Specific Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 Years of inside sales experience – Experience selling SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, presentation, and listening
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing telesales programs in ROI-based software environments
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and be pro-active
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for lead tracking and reporting as required
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office – especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Seed Device Installation Technician – CONTRACTOR

Cantaloupe Systems is looking for 2-4 Seed Device Installation Technicians needed on a consultant basis for immediate, short-term assignments.

Location: Varies, USA
Compensation: $700/week; Special experience in installing Seed= $800/week
Expenses: Airfare (if needed), motel and per diem
Resources needed: 2-4 technicians
Training: Provided by Cantaloupe Systems
Assignment: One (1) week
